What if the thing you overlook every day is the very thing that could change you?
But every now and then, something breaks through. A moment of beauty, a feeling of connection, a sudden clarity about what really matters. It is incredible how much opens up with a slight shift in the way we pay attention.
This Sunday, we are exploring that shift.
We will look at how attention shapes our relationships, our sense of belonging, our spiritual life, and even our experience of the world around us. Rather than trying harder or becoming perfect, we will focus on discovering a more generous way of seeing, one that reveals the kinship we share with all of life.
You will hear stories, poetry, music, and a perspective on attention that might stay with you long after the service ends. My hope is that this time together opens a doorway. A doorway into noticing more, connecting more, and feeling more grounded in the presence at the center of your own life.
If you have been feeling scattered, weary, overloaded, or disconnected, this message may be what you need. And if you have been seeking a sense of meaning or creativity in your spiritual practice, you will find something here to bring into the week ahead.
I would love to spend this time with you.
Join us Sunday at 9 or 11 am, in person at the Center for Spiritual Living Santa Rosa, or online on our YouTube channel.
