ReplyI just tried this for the first time and generated exactly what I so badly needed. I was elated. I clicked Copy treatment but it's a dead button! I tried repeatedly. Since that didn't work (on my Mac Powerbook Pro) I tried to email it to myself but when I clicked on the link in the email I had sent myself, it was only the blank form. Sadly, the treatment was too long for me to have memorized it. Can you fix the problem w/ the dead copy button please? Thank you so much for making this available. It is extraordinary.
