Bliss is supreme happiness; utter joy or contentment. In spiritual terms it is thought to accompany a complete realization of unity with Divinity. Daily spiritual practice, such as contemplation, meditation, prayer and journaling is thought to lead us to an experience of the Presence. The practice of journaling offers one of many possible devotional activities that you might use to practice feeling the Presence.
