We have tried to teach you that you must defend yourselves with the knowledge you have received from this way of life so that you will not be dragged down into an emotional maelstrom of dark imaginings."

A timely quote that I find very helpful, thank you. On this spiritual journey these eyes open wider with each step and shock is an accurate word. To set my heading directly into love and peace when nausea arises from the ignorance and ego strutting all around me is a master's piece of work.
