Believing means to have confidence in the truth, the existence, or the certainty of something, although without definite proof that one is right in doing so. Sometimes we believe in things that are not true and other times we cannot explain why we believe a certain thing. At the beginning of this journey it may be helpful for you to investigate what you believe. Make a list of the top beliefs you have about life and try to explore how it is you came to believe these thoughts.
