Stillness in Nature

Share it Please
Each morning at 7:15 am we gather to sit silently for open-eyed meditation on the lawn overlooking the ocean.

In the exercise we invite stillness to our body noticing the tiny movements, distractions, urges and thoughts that continue throughout the stillness.

After a while deep quiet emerges and we begin to notice again how alive the world around us and in us is.

The weekly lessons keep me on track and focused on what is actually true and important, and help me experience more good in every area of my life. LS
