The spiritual value we are focusing on this month is Integrity. Integrity depends on being aware of our oneness and how we are connected to each other. A life of integrity requires an honest assessment of how our actions in the world, along with our words and choices, are harmonious with our stated values and beliefs. Integrity has to do with how we treat each other and how we relate to each other. It also has to do with how we relate to the Divine and how we remain true to what we say we believe in.

On Wednesdays, January 3, 10, 17, and 24, Dr. Kim Kaiser will be teaching a free, four-week class, “The Heart of Science of Mind.” It is a condensed and powerful presentation of the essential ideas in our teaching. In this class you will learn about The Thing Itself, The Way it Works, What It Does, and How to Use It. These evenings are for anyone who wants to learn about or be reminded of, the basic elements of the spiritual practice of Science of Mind. The classes are also an excellent way to track if you are staying in integrity with your beliefs.
Another way to explore integrity is to ask the question, “Can people tell what I believe by observing how I show up in the world or do I have to explain what I stand for?”
