The Global Vision: A World That Works For Everyone. How is that even possible?

Share it Please
Our theme for 2016 is The Global Vision: A World That Works for Everyone. This is the vision of our movement, Centers for Spiritual Living, and will be adopted by our communities all over the United States and in other countries. Each week this year we will focus on one of the key ideas of the vision or from our teaching, The Science of Mind, and in doing so, we will be joining friends in other Centers in the joyful task of imagining our world transformed by spiritual wisdom.

This week, January 3, we are envisioning a world that works for everyone and for all creation. Dr. Holmes wrote “The transformation takes place here. You don’t have to wonder if it will take place out there; the world will come when enough of us see through the night into the celestial light “that shineth more and more, unto the perfect day.” And so our work begins to clarify our thinking, and resolutely practice seeing goodness, truth and beauty in ourselves and in each other, and following that vision up with appropriate activities that demonstrate that what we have seen has changed us.

Join me in affirming this week “I trust the Universe.” I invite you to post this affirmation on the social media of your choice and tag it with the tags #TheGlobalVision and #AWorldThatWorksForEveryone

I have been through the book three times over three years, and am starting it again. This is not because the material in the book is not working, but because it is working so well! The weekly lessons keep me on track and focused on what is actually true and important, and help me experience more good in every area of my life. LS
